About Jerry Grable
Jerry is a highly motivated solution-driven builder. Growing up around the home-building industry, Jerry’s introduction to construction was through hands on field experience with his father’s construction company. He began his career in earnest at the age of 16 when he was contracted for his first home build.
Shortly after high school, Jerry made the move to South Florida and leveraged his design experience into a position as a yacht designer. He also had the opportunity to work with the design team on Evil Knievel’s Evil Eye II! Another unique experience was working with John D. Molson of Molson Brewery.
By the early 1980’s Jerry became established as a State Certified Contractor (State of FL Lic# CGC028492) with various projects in the Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade Counties. He has extensive experiences in all fields of construction. He has an unblemished record with the Sate of Florida. He continues to stay abreast of new techniques in the industry and has specialized certifications such as CKBR (Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler), CR (Certified Remodeler), and GCP (Green Certified Professional).
Today, he brings all of those innovative ideas and concepts to working with his customers to create and complete their dream projects. His sustainable business practices make him an ideal partner for his customers’ venture from renovations to new construction builds for both residential and commercial properties. He is a lifetime member of the Illinois Green Business Association and enjoys finding ways to be able to use recycled materials. Jerry’s company serves more than Florida with completed projects in North Carolina, Ohio, and Illinois. He particularly enjoys working with customers for kitchen and bath remodels, as well as, room additions as he feels that these add the most value to a home.
